Counselor and Volunteer Forms

Step One:  Apply to work at OLBC, by clicking the online application button, and filling out the form.
Once you have completed the Online Application, the Camp Director will contact you.  After this meeting, and Director approval, there are a few additional forms you will be instructed to fill out below. 

Reference Form

All Counselors and Staff References should complete one of these forms after approval.

Faith and Conduct Form

All staff must agree to the OLBC Statement of Faith and Conduct Policy after approval.
